Kids who watched The Magic School Bus (and its 2017 Netflix version) as children will remember the wild teacher Ms. Frizzle who took students on field trips. She is a quirky, mysterious character, who puts her Bus, her students' pet lizard and their Bus above everything else.

Red kitten heel shoes are the perfect accessory for this costume. The red color is a great contrast to the blue in the dress.

If you are a long-haired person, you can dye your hair red to achieve the look Ms. Frizzle has or purchase a costume wig. To complete the look, wear red heels that are similar to her dress. You can even add plastic earrings reflecting the lesson her class is learning on that particular day.
